The 2008 Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation Canada’s Annual Dream Walk, will take place on Sunday August 10th, 2008 in four cities across Canada.This year’s “Third National Dream Walk” will once again bring families and friends together to raise awareness about Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation Canada. Vancouver's walk will be held at Pacific Spirit Regional Park. www.starlightcanada.org

I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate our Web designer, Shane Birley from LeftRight Minds (www.leftrightminds.com), for launching his latest book – Blogging for Dummies, 2nd Ed. We are quite fortunate to have Shane working with us as he is considered one of the top people in his field. He possesses the perfect combination of being both a “techy” and quite creative. Along with his partner, Allyson McGrane, their business is growing with an impressive client list (including us of course). I haven’t had much experience blogging, but I am hoping to introduce a blog on the JSR web site – one that would capture the essence of the showcase performances. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, if you want to learn more about blogging you should pick up a copy of Blogging for Dummies, 2nd Ed. published by Wiley Publishing, Inc. (2008).
